We are actively recruiting New Graduate Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time positions with hospitals in Florida, Mississippi, Georgia, and North Dakota.

New Graduate Training Program

The training program is designed to help new graduate RNs develop the knowledge, clinical skills, and confidence needed to transition successfully into their nursing roles.

Depending on the hospital and position, the program may include:

  • Comprehensive hospital orientation
  • Clinical and hands-on training
  • Unit-specific training
  • Preceptorship with experienced nurses
  • Electronic medical record training
  • Hospital policies and procedures
  • Medication administration processes
  • Patient safety and quality-of-care training
  • Ongoing clinical support during the transition to independent practice

Who We're Looking For

Canadian New Graduate Registered Nurses who:

  • Have successfully completed the NCLEX-RN
  • Are eligible to obtain the required U.S. state RN license
  • Are willing to relocate to the United States
  • Want to begin their nursing career in a hospital setting
  • Are willing to work days, nights, or rotational shifts
  • Are committed to completing the hospital's training and orientation program

Immigration & Relocation Support

The program is designed to support eligible Canadian RNs throughout their transition to the United States.

Support may include:
