Job Description
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join hospital and hospice teams in Fairbanks, Alaska. Nurses will provide direct patient care across a variety of specialties, including acute hospital care and end-of-life hospice services. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning and implementation, medication administration, clinical documentation, coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with U.S. healthcare standards. Candidates must be comfortable working in fast-paced hospital environments or compassionate, patient-focused hospice settings depending on placement.

Compensation & Benefits
- $40 – $65 USD per hour (based on experience and specialty)

Minimum Requirements
- Canadian citizen
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Canada

- Strong clinical competency and ability to work in acute or hospice care environments
