Job Description
We are seeking experienced Canadian Registered Nurses to provide high-quality Hospice and Home Health care across the San Diego area. In this role, you will deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in home and community settings, supporting patients and families through chronic illness, recovery, and end-of-life care. You will assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams, and provide ongoing education and emotional support to patients and families. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in the field while maintaining high standards of care.

Qualifications
- Canadian citizen
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Canada
- NCLEX-RN completed

- Willingness to obtain U.S. state RN licensure (California)
- Comfortable working independently in community-based settings
- Open to relocation and full-time employment in the United States
