Position Overview

As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care within secure inpatient mental health settings, caring for individuals with complex psychiatric diagnoses, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, severe mood disorders, and other high-acuity behavioral health conditions. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, while delivering evidence-based, recovery-oriented care in a safe and structured environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Nursing (Diploma-prepared RNs with significant psychiatric experience will also be considered)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following:
    • Inpatient mental health facilities
    • Correctional healthcare
    • Detention centres
    • High-acuity behavioral health settings
  • NCLEX-RN successfully completed
  • English language proficiency meeting Colorado Board of Nursing requirements (IELTS or equivalent)
  • Eligible and willing to relocate to Colorado, USA for a sponsored 3-year contract

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous U.S. healthcare experience
  • U.S. state RN licence eligible for endorsement
  • Experience working within multidisciplinary psychiatric teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-acuity behavioral health patients
  • Interest in long-term relocation, including potential Green Card sponsorship
