Southeastern Missouri, USA | $34–$40/Hour + Sign-On Bonus
We are actively recruiting Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for a full-time opportunity with an established skilled nursing organization in Southeastern Missouri.
This is an excellent opportunity for Canadian RNs looking to relocate to the United States, build a long-term nursing career, and receive support throughout the U.S. licensing and immigration process.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
- Assess residents' clinical needs and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Advocate for patients and support their families throughout the care process
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements
- Support and mentor other members of the nursing team
- Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements for Canadian RNs
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Canadian RN registration/licensure
- Passed NCLEX-RN
- VisaScreen Certificate
- TOEFL, unless exempt as a native English speaker
- Minimum 1 year of experience in one or more of the following:
- Long-term care
- Skilled nursing
- Home care
- Hospice
- Medical-surgical nursing
- Ability to obtain Missouri RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
