We are actively recruiting Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, in-person hospital positions across Texas with leading U.S. healthcare systems.

These roles are available throughout the year with multiple start dates and include day, night, and rotational shift options. Opportunities are open to both early-career nurses with at least one year of bedside experience and experienced RNs seeking to advance their careers in the United States.

Successful candidates will join structured clinical environments with strong support systems, modern facilities, and long-term professional growth pathways within the U.S. healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in acute care hospital settings
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with U.S. hospital standards
  • Participate in patient assessments, care planning, and documentation
  • Follow clinical protocols, safety procedures, and hospital policies

Immigration & Relocation Support

Qualifications

  • Canadian citizen
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Canada
  • NCLEX-RN completed

  • Willingness to obtain U.S. state RN licensure
  • Open to relocation and full-time hospital employment in the U.S.
