Job Description:

We are actively recruiting Canadian Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time hospital opportunities in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Compensation & Financial Incentives

  • $33–$40/hour, based on experience and qualifications
  • Up to $25,000 in total bonuses and financial incentives
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus
  • $8,000 relocation assistance upon arrival in Alabama
  • $12,000 additional bonus, paid in bi-weekly installments over 12 months
  • Shift differentials:
    • $3.50/hour for evening shifts
    • $4.75/hour for overnight shifts
  • Reimbursement for NCLEX, TOEFL/IELTS, and VisaScreen certification fees
  • TN visa sponsorship fully covered
  • Green Card sponsorship available after 6 months of satisfactory employment

Medical-Surgical Nursing Position

  • 46-bed Medical-Surgical unit
  • Typical nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5–6
  • Approximately 18 admissions and 20 discharges per day
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
  • Work alongside RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and charge nurses
  • 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
  • 2-week orientation
  • 10-week training program

Requirements

  • Canadian Registered Nurse (RN)
