We are actively recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) from Mexico for full-time hospital opportunities across the United States. Placement opportunities are currently expected to be strongest in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Florida, depending on hospital demand and candidate qualifications.

These positions are designed for experienced Mexican RNs seeking to build a long-term nursing career in the United States. Selected candidates receive comprehensive support throughout the licensing, immigration, relocation, and onboarding process.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Mexican Registered Nurses to join hospital teams in the United States. Depending on your background and the needs of the facility, opportunities may be available across various hospital departments and specialties.

Minimum Requirements

  • Mexican citizenship
  • Active RN license in Mexico
  • NCLEX-RN completed or eligibility to complete the NCLEX-RN, depending on the applicable pathway
  • Minimum 1–2 years of bedside clinical nursing experience preferred
  • Ability and willingness to obtain U.S. state RN licensure
  • Ability to meet applicable U.S. immigration and professional licensing requirements
  • Willingness to relocate to the United States
  • Commitment to full-time hospital employment
